About UJ Baby

Ann Ujunwa Ugwu also known as UJ Baby is a Nigerian musician, singer and songwriter. She gained popularity after she featured Jaywillz in her hit song ‘Party Fire’. UJ Baby was born on January 1st in Enugu, Nigeria.

Educational Background

UJ Baby attended Divine International School, Enugu where she obtained her first school Leaving Certificate in 2006. She proceeded to Girls Grammar School Awkunanaw, Enugu and later to Cyrich International School where she obtained her SSCE in 2012.

In 2015, she relocated to St Vincent and the Grenadines in one of the Caribbean Islands to pursue her medical career. She graduated as a medical doctor from Caucasus international school, Tbilisi Georgia.

Career and Musics

UJ Baby was a chorister in the early days of her life. She used to sing psalms in church while in Nigeria and the Caribbean. She joined the choir and also in Georgia.


UJ Baby started her career as a musician in 2020. She released her debut single ‘Zozo Muje’ in January 2020. The song was produced by Nigabado.

She released Stay Cool in July 2020 accompanied by a music video.

In 2021, UJ Baby featured Jaywillz in her hit single ‘Party Fire’. She also released another single “Fight” in January 2022. Fight was one of the songs that trended in Audiomack music streaming app in January 2022.
